RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.

Kira Adjustable Black Flood Light is part of the Kira Wall Light Series. This wall light collection is designed to provide a perfect spread of light required with an adjustable lens function. Wall lights in the series feature a high output 11W LED chip and a tilt-adjustable head in a black, dark grey or white powder-coated frame.

Rotate the lens cover to spread the beam angle from a narrow 15° beam to a wide 60° beam angle. This variable offers the flexibility to spot flood areas. Ideal for controlling light spread on internal or external columns, wall washing effect, or even maintaining light to specific areas.
