We compare the total price, including delivery
Shipping costs vary a lot between retailers, so we compare what you'd actually pay in total: the product price plus delivery to your address, including GST. If a competitor offers free delivery, their price is counted as-is. If they charge a delivery fee, it's added to their product price.

In this example we'd match the competitor's $480.00 total, a saving of $19.00. If our total is already the same or lower, no price match is needed: you're already getting the better deal.

Price Match Terms & Conditions
- Total delivered price. We compare the competitor's total price (product + delivery to the same postcode, including GST) with our total price for the same order. Matches are based on this total, not the product price alone.
- Identical product. The product must be exactly the same: same brand or manufacturer, model, size, colour, finish, specifications (e.g. wattage, colour temperature, dimming) and inclusions (e.g. globes, remotes). A similar-looking design from a different manufacturer is not an identical product.
- In stock and available. The competitor must have the product in stock and available for delivery now, in the quantity you're ordering. Pre-order, backorder and "out of stock" listings don't qualify.
- Australian retailers only. The competitor must be an Australian-based retailer with a current, publicly advertised price that we can verify online at the time of your request.
- New products only. The price must be for a brand-new product sold at retail.
- What we don't match:
- Clearance, ex-display, second-hand, refurbished or damaged-box items
- Marketplace and third-party sellers (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree), auction sites and private sales
- Trade, wholesale or membership/club pricing, and prices that require a login or sign-up to see
- Written quotes, bundle deals, and prices that rely on coupon codes, cashback, gift cards, loyalty points or other bonus offers
- Prices that are obviously a pricing error
- Before you order. Price matches must be requested and approved before you place your order. We can't refund the difference on orders already placed.
- Discount codes. Approved matches are given as a single-use discount code for the matched product, valid for the period stated in our email. Codes can't be combined with other promotions or discount codes and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Beating the price. Whether we beat a price, and by how much (up to 10%), is at our discretion and depends on the product.
- Quantities. Price matches apply to reasonable household quantities. For trade or larger project orders, please use our Request a Quote service instead.
- Verification. We may check the competitor's website, including adding the item to their cart, to confirm the price, stock and delivery cost. We may decline requests that don't meet these terms or that we can't verify.
- Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your request applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
