1. Ordering & Payment

How do I order online?

To purchase a product, click on the “add to cart” button to add it to your shopping cart. You can add multiple products and edit quantities by clicking on the “view cart” button in the top right corner. When you’re ready to proceed to payment, click the checkout button to finalize your purchase.

What happens after I place an order?

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • If there are any issues with your order (e.g., item out of stock), we will contact you ASAP.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched (within 2 days), you can request an email with tracking information.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and direct bank deposit payments via our secure checkout page. We also offer installment payments through Klarna, AfterPay, or Zip Pay - all 'buy now, pay later' services.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safest, most secure shopping experience possible, automatically encrypting your confidential information with a 128-bit encryption key.

What happens if item is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with the status of the product and the expected time of arrival. You will have the option for an on-the-spot refund if you prefer not to wait.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the light in person?

To offer affordable pricing, we operate a 'direct from the makers' business model, meaning no physical stores, no showrooms, and no middlemen. We're a passionate team offering you a new way to buy lighting, cutting out the fuss so you can get beautifully made designer pieces at a price to suit you.

So, how can I see the lights?

We provide detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, specifications, and profiles for each light. We can also take close-up photos of the product in our warehouse upon request. Additionally, we offer a 30-day returns policy to ensure absolute satisfaction.

2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE SHIPPING* to metro areas in Australia (excluding Perth, Hobart, and Darwin).
  • $29.95 flat rate shipping for all non-metro areas**.

To check your zone, add the item to your cart and enter your postcode on the shopping cart page.

*Orders under $99 require a $14.95 shipping fee.

**For large, bulky orders to regional, Tasmanian, NT, and West Australian postcodes, we may quote shipping charges separately when items exceed our size and postcode limits. We will send you a quote after you place an order if necessary.

Where can we deliver to?

We deliver goods Australia-wide straight to your door. For international and NT customers, please check our international shipping information.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. For special orders, dispatch times are quoted accordingly.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched (within 2-3 business days), we usually send you an email confirmation with tracking information. In some cases, your email confirmation may not include specific tracking information. In such cases, you can request for tracking information via email or login to your account and track you order from there. 

Will my purchase arrive safely?

Items are individually wrapped, boxed and protected to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. If there are any damages please make contact with us to arrange a replacement.

Does someone need to be home to receive goods?

No, if there is no one home then our courier will leave a notice at your address and responsibility will be for the purchaser to arrange collection or re-delivery of the product. To avoid this, we suggest you provide 'authority to leave' or have it sent to a business address - please make a note on checkout.

Can I pick up my goods?

Unfortunately, goods are not usually available for pick up. If you really need to pick up, please send us an email or give us a call and we could possibly arrange something for you. Our warehouses are based in Melbourne and Sydney.

Do you ship worldwide?

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our product. Please refer to our guarantee page to see our full return policy.

4. Warranty

How long is your warranty?

All products on Zest Lighting come with a full 12 month manufacturer warranty. 

What are your warranty terms and conditions?

The warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates. 

What do I do if I have a problem?

We are committed to the quality of all our products and providing top class customer service. 

If your lights arrives or shows signs of damage or fault within the warranty period, please complete our warranty claim form online and make sure you provide:

1. A detailed description of the damage or fault; and

2. Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.

We will respond within 24 hours.

How do I know if my information is safe with you?

Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we never store your credit card details - once you type your information, it is sent instantly, encrypted, direct to our order processing system. We employ the latest encryption technology to ensure that your details are safe. Our Pay Pal express checkout is the most secure payment gateway available on the net. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 6. Product Information

Can you provide design advice or assist with product selection?

Zest Lighting specialises in the sale of designer lighting and can only provide very basic design advice. Unfortunately, we are unable to make recommendations for produce selection, use or modification - it is not our speciality. The decision of selecting the product used in an application needs to be made by a customer based on advise provided by an electrician or qualified designer.

Can you customise a fitting for us?

We do not customise or alter fittings, and send goods as stock standard. The most common request is to extend the cord length - we do not offer this service but it can be done by your electrician for most fittings.

Are your Zest Lighting Replicas the same as the original?
