RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Zoom Pro 12W Black Trio LED Garden Spike Light

The Zoom Pro Garden Spike Light offers a range of different lighting effects in one box. Simply press the button on the fitting to change colour temperatures, or add the cover cap for low-glare applications. It features a high-output 12W LED chip, a 40-degree beam angle, a 150-degree tilt-adjustable head, and a black powder-coated frame. It also comes with a 3-metre round rubberised cable and a water stopper for added protection against moisture entering the head unit. This model is also available in different wattages.
