RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Zeke Pro Rectangular Black Wall Light

The Zeke Pro Wall Light series is a round, square, or rectangular surface mounted LED wall or step light and features a slimline, cast-aluminium body and TPS cable gland for easy installation. Perfect for low level pathway lighting and particularly useful for external pathways and steps or any area in which recessed mounting is not an option. The aluminium trim features a special chromate process before a polyester powder coated finish is applied, for extended wear in external environments.

With an IP65 rating, the Zeke Pro Wall Light features amazing downward illumination while consuming a minimal power consumption of 45W. Tri-colour switchable, choose from 3000K, 4000K or 5000K colour temperature options. Available in mains power 240V or 12/24V DC, which allows for outdoor applications such as planter boxes and front wall installations, where low voltage wiring has been used.
