RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Zac Pro Round Black Pathway Light

The Zac Pro Pathway Light series is a round or square, modern and sleek recessed LED wall or step light featuring a slimline, cast-aluminium body and TPS cable gland for easy installation. Perfect for low-level pathway lighting and particularly useful for external pathways, providing soft downward illumination to the desired walkway. The aluminium trim features a special chromate process before a polyester powder-coated finish is applied, for extended wear in external environments. With an IP65 rating, the Zac Pro Pathway Light features amazing downward illumination while consuming a minimal power consumption of 5W.

Available in black and white frame colour options. Tri-colour switchable, choose from 3000K, 4000K or 5000K colour temperature options, and is available in mains power 240V or 12/24V DC, which allows for outdoor applications such as planter boxes and front wall installations, where low voltage wiring has been used.
