RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.

Sierra White Rounded Box Two Way Wall Light

The Sierra White Rounded Box Two Way Wall Light is part of the Sierra LED Wall Light Series. This collection features a high-quality cast square or round aluminium frame powder-coated in textured black, textured dark grey or textured white. Each colour variant is available with dedicated LED Chips of either warm white or white colour temperature.

Apart from these, the wall lights in the Sierra Series have adjustable integrated slides on the top and bottom of the luminaire. This feature allows changing the beam angle projected up and down the wall from 0° to 90°, giving the perfect v-line look on your wall for your home. In addition, with a rating of IP65, any wall light in the Sierra Series is applicable for both indoor and outdoor use, creating an excellent up and down illumination for your contemporary home.
