RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Inspired by the elegant marine creature native to southern Australian waters, the Leafy Sea Dragon Horizontal Pendant Light captures the essence of fluid movement and natural beauty. With its smooth, organic silhouette and fourteen illuminated arms, this striking piece truly harmonises sculpture and soft light.

The central body, housing the electrical components, is formed using a rotational casting technique. Translucent rubber nodes are seamlessly integrated into the structure, creating a refined, continuous finish. Its adjustable suspension wires allow you to tilt and angle the fixture, offering both bold and subtle design configurations depending on how you position it.

Each one is handcrafted to order, available in a palette of gentle satin-pigmented hues to suit your space.
