SHIPPING FEES

• FREE Shipping: Available for metro areas on orders over $99 (excludes Hobart & Darwin).
• $29.95 Flat Rate: Applies to all non-metro areas.
• $14.95 Flat Rate: For orders under $99.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. If you don't receive them:

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Log in to your account to track orders under "My Orders".
• Contact us for assistance.

DELIVERY PROCESS & COURIERS

• We partner with top couriers for reliable delivery.
• If no one is available, a calling card may be left for redelivery or collection.
• For "Authority to Leave" (ATL) deliveries, we are not liable for lost/stolen parcels.

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
• Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
• Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
• Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
• Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
• Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

• Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
• Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.
