RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Its spherical form holds the lamp's brightness within a metallic interior, casting a soft, generous glow outward — while the polished chrome exterior adds depth and character to the surrounding space.

Versatile enough to suit contemporary, vintage, and industrial interiors alike, the Helmet looks particularly striking when grouped in clusters at varying heights. A single pendant commands attention; multiples create a spectacle. Also available in a gold finish.
