RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

Dent 12W 3CCT LED Exterior Downward Wall Light - White

The Dent series of LED wall lights offers a unique and slimline design, perfect for front entryways and back patio areas. It features a high-quality cast aluminium frame, powder-coated in textured black or textured white, with tri-colour LED colour temperature (switchable options). Choose from warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K), or white colour (5000K) temperatures with the flick of a switch.

Available in a 6W LED downward wall light model or a 2 x 6W LED up/down wall light model. With the added benefit of an IP54 rating, the Dent series can be used both indoors and in undercover outdoor areas to create excellent up and down illumination for contemporary homes.
