RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

The 3W Capsule Frosted Dimmable Warm White G9 LED Bulb with a frosted diffuser is a LiquidLEDs lighting device that boasts more than 85 per cent more efficient than its traditional incandescent and halogen counterparts. Producing 320 lumens for just 3 watts of power, the G9?s incredible performance is further enhanced by the device?s long lifespan of well over 25,000 hours.

The 3W Capsule Frosted Dimmable Warm White G9 LED Bulb by LiquidLEDs is perfect for either home or commercial lighting and is recommended for use as accents, task lights, display lights, security lights, and more.

Other features of the LiquidLEDs 3-watt G9 Warm White LED Lamp include compatibility with most aftermarket dimming controllers, low heat signatures, and zero presence of mercury.

Please note that the G9 LED bulb produces ample heat, and it's recommended not to be used in an enclosed fixture. The bulb requires ventilation for heat dissipation.
