Zest Lighting is an Australian owned and operated online boutique based in Sydney that offers you the best lighting designs at the click of a fingertip. Since 2014, we have been bringing high street designs online to our customers without the price tag.

Over the years, we have received many positive reviews from our customers via email or product reviews on our website - we have selected a few to share below.

Please note that since our inception in 2014 until now (as of November 2021), we have never forced or even encouraged our customers to share their positive comments and reviews on other third party websites. Instead, we have spent our time and efforts on offering a good product with excellent service.

In fact, we have not received one genuine negative review from a single customer on a third party website. Given that negative reviews and bad news travel fast, we are proud to not receive any bad reviews for 7 years.

Of course, we have made occasional mistakes and received negative feedback from our customers via email. However, we are always quick to resolve the issue before it blows up to any kind of negative review - we believe we have done a fine job at that.

Moreover, it is not uncommon for businesses to fake, fix or manipulate reviews on third-party websites like trust pilot, true local and feefo. We do not indulge in such practices and prefer to let our products and service speak for us.

Am very pleased with my new wall lights but maybe two points to note. The colour is slightly different than it appears on website, it is more coppery. Also you have to order the globes from somewhere else and I couldn't find the fancy ones pictured, managed to find flame tipped candle globes but not with the frosted glass.

Had to wait around 3 weeks for lights to be delivered because there's no stock. Overall, the light was received in good condition and customer service was good. Really loved the quality of the light fitting, looks really good at the dining area. However, there were 2 "petals" missing. Had to call customer service to arrange for delivery of more "petals". Prompt and efficient, we received the missing "petals" not long after. Thumbs up!

These lights are beyond beautiful, I got a 45 cm and an 89 cm

Getting the 89 through doorways may prove a problem in some houses, I got away with it as my house is a Victorian and the doors are a little wider than normal. However it still maybe necessary to remove the bulbs from opposite sides of the "equator" of the sphere..it is easy they just are fitted not screwed in. Then the frame can be squeezed VERY carefully throught the doorway. Then straighten up the frames and refit fit the bulbs.

It is worth it...the lights are brilliant. They are a show stopper and create the ultimate wow factor. I got warm white bulb colour for the house and they are very bright enough.

Having seen the original for around $2000, I was in despair until I saw this baby on Zest. Was slightly nervous, given the price differential. Zest were amazing with their customer service. Light was unavailable at first, they kept me informed multiple times until it was ready to ship. I'm loving myself sick with the light now installed, everyone comments on how great it looks. The only very small quibble I would have is that the cord is only 1.3m long, could be too short if you have a very high ceiling. Would happily buy from these guys again.
