RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

RETURN OPTIONS:

  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months.

Made out of a cheap and thin layer of aluminium - flimsy build - weightless - easily rocks on the floor - looks cheap and inferior. 3 sturdy shades and arms made of high-quality materials - put together by hand - solid construction and build. Heavy and does not rock.
Comes with a relatively small base that is both unfunctional (rocks back and forth with vibrations) and is unaesthetic. Comes with a nice circular black base in its original size - 35cm diameter. A heavier and more appealing set.
Substandard accessories - pay attention to the power cord - often times, it's short and thin. High quality premium accessories - thick and long textile power cord in black.
Incomplete and dull painting with some bubbles in a polished glossy finish. Brass detailing is also a bit too bland. Premium black lacquered matte backed paint close to its original matte black finish. Also, has polished brass detailing.
