Doesn't include an insect protection cover - due to the opening at the top, insects can get inside and ruin its look.

Includes a complimentary metal netted cover that is powder coated or plated in their respective colours, which is aesthetic as well as functional (insects can't go inside the glass shade).

Multiple and big glass bubbles, which are very noticeable.

Minimal glass bubbles - each glass shade is individually checked by our quality assurance team to ensure that glass bubbles are minimal (less than 2) and tiny (less than 1mm).

Suspended by 3 or 4 small arms, which are usually made of cheap materials (plastic). Sometimes the arms even have a different colour from the lamp holder. We've seen black lamp holders with unusually small chrome arms.

Suspended by 5 arms made of high quality steel metal as per its original size and design.

Incorrect lamp holder - colour, shape and size varies. Most of the time, they are smaller than the original. Disproportionate design with fixed holes on the lamp holder for the arms - can't customise the positioning of the arms like our replica or the original.

Powder coated (black) or metal plated (copper, brass) lamp holder in its correct size, colour and shape. Also, you can choose how you want the 5 arms to sit as the lampholder has insertions on different levels. There are 3 levels - high, medium and low.

Cheap accessories - incorrect size, colour and shape for its canopy and unusual colour choice for its cord (e.g white or clear power cord).

High quality accessories - black canopy with a premium black 150cm adjustable power cord.

Arms are fixed to the lamp holder, which makes it difficult to install the lamp holder into its glass shade without scratching the top of the shade.

    Returns & Refunds

    Zest Lighting offers a full refund (excluding our outbound shipping cost) or exchange for change of mind purchases within a 30 day period with proof of purchase (website order confirmation email).

    If you wish to return an item you've purchased from us, please email our office on info@zestlighting.com.au and provide our staff with your order number (on your tax invoice) and the item that you would like to return. Please refer to our guarantee page to see our full return policy.
