    Returns & Refunds

    Zest Lighting offers a full refund (excluding our outbound shipping cost) or exchange for change of mind purchases within a 30 day period with proof of purchase (website order confirmation email).

    If you wish to return an item you've purchased from us, please email our office on info@zestlighting.com.au and provide our staff with your order number (on your tax invoice) and the item that you would like to return. Please refer to our guarantee page to see our full return policy.

    When paying via Direct Deposit, please ensure that you include your order number as reference. We will dispatch once payment has cleared.

The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates.

    Specific warranty terms and durations may differ from one item to another. Kindly read the warranty letter included in the package for more details, or you may send us a message for clarification.

    Assembly

    This fitting might be supplied unassembled to reduce shipping costs and minimise damage.

    Some assembly by the customer or the installing electrician may be required upon receipt. Please correctly and methodologically follow the instructions to avoid potential disputes on the warranty due to a wrong installation.

    Installation

    Certain products require a certified electrician for installation.

    Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician if:

    • The fitting requires the installation and connection to the main electrical supply (installed according to the wiring standard).
    • The fitting is a hardwired light fitting, not specifically labelled 'DIY'.

    Any damages resulting from improper handling and/or negligent installation may void the product's warranty.
