RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Zest Lighting, we offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases made within 30 days, provided proof of purchase is presented.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless another order of equal or greater value is placed.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange as per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Please visit our Warranty Page for details.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Installed or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked “not eligible for return” cannot be returned.
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs.

  • Actual shipping costs incurred on “free” or “flat rate” shipping will be deducted from refunds.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Helva Double Nickel Modern Minimalistic LED Wall Lamp is a sleek wall lamp with integrated LED and 2-step Moodmaker SceneSelect functionality, that allows you to dim the light by touch and select your ideal colour temperature with a beautiful and natural light, R90. As the wall lamp has been given a high degree of protection (IP44), it is suitable for humid areas like the bathrooms and laundry rooms.

The Moodmaker function in form of a stepless touch switch enables you to dim the light, turn it on or off, and set the colour temperature into warm or colder light. The short touch enables you to switch between a cold or warm light, whereas long touch will dim the light to your specific needs. The moodmaker function comes with a memory function, so it will turn on in the last memorized setting.
