Delivery Policy
We deliver straight to your door Australie wide. Shipping cost is free for metro areas. When your order is despatched, we will send you tracking infromation via email and/or sms.
Delivery Lead Times
To meet your delivery requirement in the best way possible, we use a variety of carriers who deliver anywhere within Australia. The size of your order and location will have an impact on how fast we can get your order to you.
Items that are in stock will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Where special orders are taken, we will quote despatch times accordingly.
Estimated delivery times from despatch are:
- Melbourne - within 5 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide - within 7 business days
- Brisbane, Perth - approximately 7-10 business days
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for rural deliveries.
*Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will endeavour to meet these on all occasions; however please allow up to 10 business days for all deliveries with tracking on hand.
Excess Weight and Oversized Shipments
Due to size and overall weight considerations, please accept that we may have to quote for shipping charges when pieces purchased exceed our shipping size limts - charges per item will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Signature on Delivery
Our carriers are required to produce a Proof of Delivery.
If you want to have your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit card cards via Pay Pal express checkout - the most secure and reliable payment system available online.
Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed - we use the latest 1024-bit encryption technology to ensure secure payment.
Customer Service Policy
Zest Lighting is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock with pricing, descriptions and specifications true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Please refer to our gurantee and in stock gurantee pages for more information.
Warranty
Zest Lighting provides a 12 month warranty for all products on site.
The warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).
If your lights arrives or shows signs of damage or fault within the warranty period, please email us at info@zestlighting.com.au.

When purchasing from Zest Lighting your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
