We endeavour to ensure that every product listed on site is available, in stock and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. We have put in place a system that generates our inventory levels regularly to ensure that we have stock.

However, if you purchase an item from us that we have marked as "Available" and for some reason it is not, then we will: 

• Notify you by phone or email within 24 hours
• Offer you the option of an on the spot refund
• Offer you 10% discount on the order if you can wait

*this offer obviously excludes items that are marked as 'Pre Order', 'Made to Order' or 'Out of Stock'. Also excludes artwork and non Zest Lighting branded items.

If you would like to confirm stock before purchasing, please contact us on our 'Stock Check' page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
